Amanda’s life has always been about health and fitness. She grew up dancing and post high school she found her love for going to the gym and always staying active. This love of fitness further developed as she even started pole dancing a few years after that.
In her time training Amanda has gained a vast range of knowledge and education from fellow trainers at the gym and she took initiative in building her knowledge of training and the styles of training. Starting out Amanda participated in multiple classes to begin her catalog of exercises and knowledge of classes and their function. Once she found herself competent she then took this information to her own personal training and thus began her strength and conditioning lifestyle.
2018 was the turning point for Amanda as she decided to compete in powerlifting. August saw her 1st competition where Amanda ranked 2nd in her weight class and 2nd overall for the female lifters. Since then she has gone on to compete in many more competitions since then and at the end of 2019 she ended up ranking 10th in Australia in her weight class!
There is much to learn when it comes to fitness and training so it is important that when delivering exceptional service that Amanda be well educated in different styles of training. Despite having her own direction in training, she will endeavour to make sure that when a client approaches her with a specific goal in mind, that the appropriate measures have been taken to be educated in helping everyone out.
The number one thing is that health and fitness come number one in life
