About

Claudia is one of the official WBFF trainers and is specialised in training women to achieve their body recomposition goals. Her approach is finding a healthy solution for women to build muscle and lose fat through resistance training, HIIT and general nutrition advice.

She works closely with clients to create a long term solution that suits their routines and lifestyles. No fad diets or quick fixes.

Claudia has worked in the fitness industry since 2015, and with her hands-on knowledge and experience she has helped many women and continues to help women become stronger, fitter and help build strong mindset in achieving the best life.
