Fabio does weight training exercises focused on building muscles and lose excess body fat at the same time. His training is focused exclusively on working with dumbbells, bars and machines and it focuses on targeting each muscle group at the time in order to break the muscle fibres down, rebuild them to make them bigger and stronger. It is basically body building style.

His style of training helps anyone who is skinny and wants to build muscle and get stronger, as well as anyone who is literally obese or overweight and wants to get shredded and build muscle at the same time.
