Jason is a senior trainer at JB PT with over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has spent the majority of his career as a coach gaining extensive experience in areas such as fat loss and strength development. He loves to use this expertise to support clients in hitting training goals and help them maintain their hard- won results.
Outside of the gym, Jason enjoys competing in Historical European Martial Arts (long sword), making his own mead, and walking his 5-year-old puppy who just won’t grow up.
