As an older trainer, Ken has built his business helping older clients with issues such as Bone Mineral Density loss, Balance, Functional Movement and Mobility.
He believes that his clients need to not only know what exercises to do and how to do them safely with correct form, but (importantly) why they are doing them, i.e., how are they helping to achieve their fitness goals.
Ken's clients understand that he'll never push them beyond their capabilities. He's not a drill-Sargent. If you're looking for a trainer to yell at you, then he's probably not your guy.
So, if you're new to training or feel that you're too old or too unfit, give it a go. Life's too short so why not improve your quality of living.
