Louise's mission at Yoga for Wellbeing is to help you experience a state of contentment, physically, emotionally and mentally, where you are able to step back into each day feeling recharged and ready to take on life’s challenges.

She strongly believes in the power of the body/mind connection to help manage the daily stresses and challenges of life and incorporate subtle energy work in all classes. Classes are developed to meet each person’s physical, emotional and mental needs. She combines a variety of methodologies including asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. The body doesn’t lie! Any patterns of dis-ease or illness have a root cause.

Louise believes when you begin to feel into and listen to what the body is telling you, this becomes your portal to change, allowing you to explore what will help bring you into balance and feel a sense of ease.
