I've been trained in post natal and prenatal training for women, kickboxing for 10yrs and boxing for 14yrs. For myself I focus on body sculpting, so I know about good form and how to properly program weight programs/workouts.
I'm also a crossfit athlete and have registered for this year's crossfit opens, so I know about and love crossfit and olympic lifts too! I take groups that i train for extra motivation to charity runs year round such as "ROC Race, Tough Mudder, Spartan race and others"!
