About

I've been a personal trainer for over 14 years and am a world ranked crossfit athlete!

I offer personal training, meal plans, workout programs, online meal logging, weekly measurements, before and after photos and daily online support! My clients can contact me anytime and I'll always get back to them within a couple of hours!

I've been trained in post natal and prenatal training for women, kickboxing for 10yrs and boxing for 14yrs. For myself I focus on body sculpting, so I know about good form and how to properly program weight programs/workouts.

I'm also a crossfit athlete and have registered for this year's crossfit opens, so I know about and love crossfit and olympic lifts too! I take groups that i train for extra motivation to charity runs year round such as "ROC Race, Tough Mudder, Spartan race and others"!
