Mary is a qualified and registered Personal Fitness Trainer, author of Pregnant Fit and Fabulous, media presenter and corporate speaker. She works with some of Australia’s leading health professionals, and has appeared on national TV and radio programs, and published articles in Fitness First Magazine and leading newspapers.

Mary’s extensive experience includes being a Pregnancy-qualified specialist, Trigger Point therapist, and Sport Level 2 trainer. Her clientele includes medical doctors, surgeons, physiotherapists and other health professionals.

An extraordinary fitness expert with a strong interest in nutrition and 25 years’ experience, Mary Bacon’s advice is sought after by Olympic medalists such as Jana Pittman, and the athletic elite as well as everyday people.

Mary’s particular expertise is with pregnancy fitness and rehabilitation. Over many years, she has coached countless new mums to enjoy a happy and healthy pregnancy. She thrives on getting results and helping mums get their pre-baby body back.

Mary’s passion is to support, inspire and influence people! She is not driven by social vanity, instead is inspired by helping mums develop a positive healthy lifestyle that will serve them for the rest of their lives.

Pregnant Fit and Fabulous is a comprehensive step by step online program designed to help mums before, during and after pregnancy to stay healthy, fit and confident. You can tailor the program to your level of fitness and personal needs as well as your stage of pregnancy.

Mary also runs the Pregnant Fit and Fabulous program, allowing clients to discover how exercise can make you mentally, emotionally and physically stronger. They’ll tell you what you can and can’t do. And will be there to answer your questions about fitness and health during and after pregnancy.
