Sally made it her life mission to help you love exercise and change the trajectory of your health. She practices what she preaches and she has made exercise like a daily prayer because it makes her look and feel good.

Sally always keeps her finger on the pulse with what’s happening in the industry and she keeps abreast with the latest scientific studies so you learn how to maximise your time at training. With qualifications ranging from a Sports Nutrition Course to Kettlebell, TRX suspension training, Strength Training and many more Sally makes sure your workouts are educational, fun and within my scope of practice.

She's done it all- low fat, high fat, high carb with a sprinkle of cardio. Throughout her 10 year experience in the health and fitness industry she realised a pattern, we all want to look and feel good about ourselves.
