Michael is a High Performance Coach, an experienced, industry leading Fitness Director and Personal Trainer, as well as an Australian ITU World Championship (age group) triathlete.
Based on your fitness data, Michael creates simple to understand online programs tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client. The program is adapted to match your training proficiency and improvement, teaching you to be a better and more autonomous runner with a greater understanding of your body and training principles.
Specialising in running programs for beginners to intermediate athletes, Michael often works with clients who struggle to run around the block, leading them from events like parkruns all the way to longer distance events like City to Bay/Surf, half marathons and marathons. The programs are fun, designed to prevent injury and include weekly check-ins, online video libraries and coach access to assist you every step of the way.
