Michelle has 20 years experience as a personal trainer and fitness coach. Her career is dedicated to sharing her passion for health and fitness with others. Just like no two people are alike, each person is unique in the way they train and the results they are after. She works individually with each of her clients to develop a training regime to help them achieve their goals.
Michelle enjoys training people and being part of the journey and just like people get excited when they see changes so does she. The explosion of bootcamp and outdoor group training as most people want time saving workouts but also effective sessions is also a big part in what keeps her motivated and she enjoys doing. Staying injury free is a major priority for health and well-being and if people can turn up to sessions and keep going, and have fun in the process we all benefit.
