Raymond began his career as a personal trainer at Fitness First in 2012 after completing 6 years of military service in the Royal Australian Navy. During his time as a coach he has upskilled with various strength and bodybuilding coaches including Tony Boutagy, Andy Bell, Charlie Duca and more. As a coach, Ray prides himself on being an active athlete and has in the past competed in bodybuilding competitions with ANB, INBA and IFBB.
Ray specialises in body building, building muscle and muscle composition changes and prefers coaching one on one with people who have an ultimate goal to change their body and mind.
Currently Ray is on his 3rd year studying a Bachelor of Psychology in an effort to expand his knowledge as a coach to help clients form positive behaviour changes, reduce unhealthy addictions and increase their mental potential to break limits physically.
