Scott has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He enjoys motivating and empowering clients to achieve their life-long goals. Scott’s strengths lie in his ability to tailor sessions in all areas of physical training. He specialises in working with clients with present or past injuries, general weight loss, pregnancy, elite athletes, corporate groups and the elderly.

Scott currently works within a gym, does outdoor sessions and can add the personal touch by meeting clients in the comfort of their own home. He uses a wide variety of equipment to keep workouts fresh and exciting to meet the needs of all his clients.

Combining nutritional information with a tailored exercise program, Scott can help clients not only meet their specific goals, but exceed their expectations.
