Selina loves to specialise in resistance training, both using bands, tubes and body weight exercises.

Core balance stability & strength a big focus of how she trains people with them boxing, running, HITT, plyometrics a great from of cardio. She trains people of all ages from 16 years old up to 75 years old. She loves working with pre & post natal and returning them safely back to exercise post partum.
