The Shaped Forever Training Path to better life uses a unique holistic 6-step approach that has been developed through a team of allied health and medical professionals. Here is the basic out line for the Exercise component of our approach

Our first step is remove you from any pain and rehabilitate any injuries you may have that are plaguing your movement patterns

Second we build and teach you the structures of the multiple core systems holding your body together

Once the cores are strong enough we then look at your goals and produce a graduated program that bridges the gap of where you are now and what you want to do.

Typical Goals include- Weight Loss- Increase Endurance- Increase Strength- Training for a specific event- Feel Better- More Energy- Sleep better- Weight Gain- Toning

Once you have started on your development path we pair you up with like-minded personalities and get you into group sessions and events.

Overlaid on top of the Exercise component is a series of educational tasks that seek to change your behavior and educate you towards a more holistic lifestyle.
