Vanessa has been working full time in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years and brings her passion for health and fitness and energetic attitude to every session.

For Vanessa it’s seeing the lifestyle change in her clients that is her main goal and to teach consistency along with good form to achieve maximum results.

“Especially working mainly in the Sydney CBD almost all new clients that I meet are super stressed out, over worked or just too busy to focus on a proper gym plan that is specific to their needs. As well as training it’s great to focus on small lifestyle changes that are realistic to implement and therefore can be maintained long term”.

Vanessa continues to inspire and motivate those around her by constantly smashing her own goals. Vanessa has excelled in many sports such as netball and touch football and has won Sydney and Australian titles from bikini body building through to Salsa Dancing!!!

Vanessa likes to train hard and push her clients but keeps it real with lifestyle choices and flexible dieting.

“I’m not one of those people who eats chicken and salad all day and I don’t expect my clients too. I definitely enjoy my wine most nights and eat out a lot and I personally don’t believe in counting calories unless you are instructed from your doctor or dietician. Getting fit and healthy isn’t easy but for most people there are ways to make it enjoyable and long term without drastic changes or hard core diets. Once you enjoy training, being healthier becomes easier and that’s what I try and teach my clients no matter their goal”.
